BOKOUGH ELECTIONS. The bolrough elections and the election of a representative of the County on the Harbour B'o-alrd are proceediu<r to-day, ibut considering that the municipal franchise has 'been extended', it was anticipated that the polling would be brisker. HoWavie-r there is sure to be a rush at the booths after ftv'e and six o'clock respectively, and it is expected that when the poll is closed it will be found that a goodly numbleir of electors will have recioideid their votes. The pollingbooths in donnelction with the municipal elections will close at 7 p.m.
