HOME RULE.
AND THE VEIT© BILL
Mr WM. O'BMIEiN-S OPINION
(Per United Press Association^)
LONDON, April 23. Mr William O'Brfen .speaking 1 at Ctar'k! said that even if the Veto were pasiseiol fortwith unaltered it would be humanly impossible to carry any Home Rule measure worth talking about with the present Parliament. No responsible front-bencher would dare to say that it was possible to establish an Irish Parliament without another election.
