POSTAL AKRANGEMENTS FOR THE HOLIDAYS. Postal Branch.—Christmas Day and New Year's Day Post Offices will be closed. Mails usually despatched on those days will be made up-tho previous evenings at 7 o'clock On Christmas Day and New Year's Day tht private box lobbies will be open from 9 to 10 a.m., and 7 to S p.m., and on Boxing Day during- usual hours. On evenings of 24th and 31st inst., a delivery «f town letters will be made over the counter fr»M 7 to 8 o'clock as usual.
