Princo Alexander, of Bulgaria declares it would bo needless to appoint a Commission in settlement of the Bulgarian difficulty, and declares he is quite ready to comply with the demands of the Turkish Commissioner, provided that the latter country insists on the evacuation of Widdin by Servia.
