DUNEDIN. Thii day. The decision regarding the accident to the Wairarapa wat given tcday. The Court found that the evidence shewed a deficiency in the arrangements respecting the petrolling or visiting of the saloon deck through the night after the usual hour for extinguishing the lights, and were of opinion that some competent p rson should continually go round the deck during that period. The Government are to pay the costs of the enquiry.
