(Received November 20, noon.) Belgrade, November 19. Severe Engagement—Battle still Raging. Further reports to hand respecting!the engagement near Slivnitza state that 25,000 Servians ,and 15,C90 Bulgarians took part in the action. The fighting was of a most severe nature, and was con* tinued for eighteen hours. The conflict was renewed yesterday, and was still pro* ceeding when the despatches were forwarded. King Milan claims that his troops are slowly forcing Prince Alexander to retire upon Sofia. Lateb. (Received November 20, 12.45 pro.) Bblgbabe, November 19. The Servians Defeated. Advices have been received to the effect that tho Servian forces advancing upon Slivnitza have; sustained a defeat, and sre now retiring to the Dragoman Pass to await reinforcements.

Bel&rabe, November 18. Despatches from the army in Bulgaria announce that the division which crossed tho Timolc a few days ago captured Widdin, while the forces operating in the south have taken Radoinir, and a division marching upon Slivnilsa has met with a check. The Bulgarian troops attacked and captured the Servian positions in that neighborhood after obstinate engage* Dientft. Sofia, November 18. It is estimated that the Servians sustained a loss of upwards of three thousand in killed and wounded in the fighting near Slivnitisu. The Bulgarian loss is not yet reported. ■ ■
