Correspondence.
[To the Editor of the Evening Star.]
Sib,—l was glad see from your article last night, and from Mr Allom's advertisement, that somebody is waking up to the necessity of seeing our district properly represented at the Exhibition in London. If there is any difficulty about the committee's dignity, as I see suggested by this morning's paper, those who are prepared to do nothing but obstruct should stand aside, and let the rest proceed to work, or at all events by their sympathy and countenance sanction the action of others who will do so.—l am, &c,
Thames Intebests.
