NELSON.
Last night. Mr G. A. Sala's lectures on " Russia " and "Two Princes of the Pen" have attracted overflowing audiences. He goes South to-morrow on his way to Melbourne, but after the Melbourne Cup race he will probably return to lecture on the West Coast and at Napier, Wanganui, and other towns in "the North Island. Mr Sala is also desirous of seeing the Hot Springs and terraces.
