This day. Terrible Accident. A terrible dynamite accident occured on Saturday morning at Skippers, result* ing in the death of John Tripp and Cornelius Nolman. The men were warming dynamite at the fire in their chimney, when an explosion occurred. Nolman was blown through the roof of the hut, and Tripp was frightfully mutilated, dying two hours after the explosion. Both were unmarried. They were working a claim on their own account.
