WELLINGTON.
This day.
The body of a newly-born infant was found in the harbor last night; it was headless.
An inquiry was held this morning into the wreck: of the Edwin Basset. The captain said that feeling unwell he kept in the course of the steamers to endeavor to get the passage back. He admitted having bugged the shore too closely. The Court suspended his certificate for three months, and ordered him to pay £4> 4s costs. ,> "
