Matthew Thomas Clayton For j permission to construct a Water Race i for mining purposes, commencing at a point on Waiomo Creek about four hundred yards above forks of Waiomo Creek and terminating 150 yards below forks, as < . yhown on plan. The length of such Eace is fife hundred and fifty yards, or thereabouts, and its intended course is along the creek;. The mean breadth and depth of such Eace is two feet by one foot; it is capable of carrying three sluice heads of water, and the number of sluice heads of forty inches each, which it is proposed to appropriate is three.
