Increase of Cholera.
Advices from the south of Europe show that the cholera epedmic exhibits no signs of dimuoition in Spain. Daily cases are now fully 4000, of which 1500 have proved fatal. The epidemic is also increasing rapidly at Marseilles and its vicinity.
London, August 6. Sir Michael Hicks-Beach last night made a statement as to the intention of the Government in regard to Egyptian affairs. He informed the House that England would act -in -concert with -tho Great Powers, especially Turkey, in all matters touching Egypt. The British forces would remain in that country until the projected reforms were completed.
