This day,
A writ was issued to-day by J. P. B!nolair against Geo. Henderson, Mayor °f Blenheim/alleging that the latter was author of an article on -the exchange of hospital sites, published in the Marlborough Times, and claiming £1000 damages. An action is already pending against that paper for a similar amount.
