St. Petebsbukg, July 20 An Afghan Attack Feared-
The Russian Press generally regard the Russian movement as due to the fears of an Afghan attack on the part of General ELomaroff, who, it is stated, is completing preparations for assuming the defensive without occupying the defiles commanding the Zulifikar Pass.
