Supreme Court Sessions.
Chbistchubch, Yesterday. The conspiracy cases were concluded to-day in the Supreme Court, All the 1 accused not previously tried, except Francis Gilford (who was afterwards cot - I rioted), pleaded guilty. Thomas Hough waa sentenced to two years with hard labor; William Perciral, Patrick Kellahar, Henry Clark, ¥rancis Gillard, George Davis, John Koskeno, Robert Dudley, I Thomas McDonnell, William Thomas I and Robert Campbell received three months' imprisonment with hard labor; aod George Wilmott two months' im» prisonment with hard labor. Justice Johnston said he looked upon Hough as the instigator of the conspiracy, as without him it could not hare existed. He had been particnlary struck with the respectable appearance of the men Hough had tampered with, and looked upon this as the worst feature in the case, that respectable and honest men of their kind | had been made thieves The Criminal Sessions are thus concluded, after lasting eleven days.
