Mennie and Dey v. Watts.—Clam £6 23, for goods.—Mr Lush for Plaintiff. Judgment for amount claimed and costs, 21s 6d.

Rickits v. Prescott.—Claim £2 17s 6d, for horse Lire and the value of a saddle destroyed.—Mr Miller for plaintiff.—lt appeared that defendant had hired the horse, and returned the bridle only. Plaintiff had been compelled to send in search of the horse, and it was found in the bush with the saddle very much damaged.—Judgment was siren for the amount claimed and costs, 16s 6d.
