Stdnet, Yesterday. Sailed, this afternoon : The Pacific Mail Company's B.M.S. Australia, with the outgoing 'Frisco mail. She takes with her^ £5100 in specie from this port. Mnjor General Scratcbley is a passenger by her. The rains which hare recently fallen are proving continuous. A heavy downfall took place to-day, and it is hoped the scarcity of water is now averted.
Hobabt, Yesterday. The New Zealand Shipping Company's Aorangi arrived this morning from Lon« don,.and left for New Zealand ports.
