IN BANKRUPTCY.

In be Edwabd Peel (Te Aroha).—The public examination of this bankrupt was declared complete to day.—Mr Lush appeared on behalf of the debtor.

In be William C. Payne —The public examination in this case was finished.— Mr Lush for the bankrupt. In be Hobson 61. Co. (in liquidation).—Mr Miller applied that the names of O. Humphreys, L. Ehrenfried, T. Kitching, and H. Caaham bo struck off the list of contributories towards paying the liabilities of the defunct company.— This was agreed to by Mr Lush, who appeared for the liquidators.—The striking off of three other names was adjourned till the next sitting of the Court, on the 4th April. The Court then rose.
