Notes.-As the Queen's Birthday falls on a Sunday it wiil be observed by the Post and Telegraph Department on Monday, the 25th inst. The Postal Branch ■will not be open to the public. On and after the 28th inst., Mails for Mackay'own, Owharoa, AVaitekauri, Katikati, Aongatete, Tauranga, and Bay of Plenty Offices will be despatched on Thursday, instead of Friday, as at present.
