la the cases of Wilson v. Hohepa Hikairo and Mears v. the same, two judgment summonses on tbo application of Mr Miller, who appeared for the plaintiff, stated that tbe Land Court whs now sitting, and the defendant was passing some land through it, so that there was a prospect of a settlement being arrived at, a remand for three months was granted.
J. Goonan v. D. Foley.-—Claim, £12,— for cash lent and interest.—Mr Miller for plaintiff.— Judgment for the amount claimed with costs £3 10s." -
Fletcher v. Potter.—Claim, £5 16s,— for goods.—Mr Miller for plaintiff.— Judgment was entered for the amounl claimed and £1 5s Gd costs.
Bead v. Comer.—Claim, £2, —for goods supplied.—Mr Lush for plaintiff.—Judg* ment was given for the amount with 15s costs.
