The value of the well proved extensive sluicing claims at Addison's Flat is mdi« cated by the large price brought at auction by the eighth share in O'Toole and party's claim, which has been the'ouse of litiga* tion hero. The interest was sold on Saturday by Mr Munro, instructed by Mr Home, Deputy Official Assignee, and fetched £400. Mr Schwerer, who holds another interest in the olaim, was tho purchaser.
