The city of Dublin is very generally decorated in view of the visit ■of the Prince and Princess of Wales to Ireland. The Commission of Inquiry which has been sitting for some time to adjudicate upon the claims of German settlers to land in Fiji, Islands has concluded its labours, and the Commissioners are now preparing reports. One member of the Commission said he was in accord on the question, only a slight divulgence occuriiig in the finding: v
