WAR IN CHINA.
(Received April 1, 1.25 p.m.) Pabis, March 31. French Reinforcements. It is announced that 8000 troops will embark at once for Tonquin in order to reinforce General Briere DeLisle. Tho Chamber of Deputies h;is voted fifty million francs as an instalment to« wards the Tonquin credit.
