In the Supreme Court, the action of the Bank of Australasia v. Win. Wilson, for £1000, being the amount of two promissory notes on demand, given as one of the sureties for R It. Jackson, was decided on Saturday in favor of the defendant. Six other cases of a similar nature have been settled in the same way, and leave given to plaintiff to make application to reverse the judgment. ■; ■ ■ 300 Volunteers are expected to go to the Nelson encampment thia week.
