The 'company intend brin^inp all coal laden steamers to Danedin, owing to tUe increased wharfage charged^ at Port Chalmers, and: the high rates between ihe port and the town. At the City Court, Lawrence and White, eoDTicted in connection with the JNTenthorn murder, were sentenced to fourteen day's on bread and water for aggravated insub* ordination. - ... ■■
