Col. Richardson in Command.
The proprietors of the Sydney Morning Herald and Evening News each gave £1000 towards the " Parriotic Fund," and a similiar amount has been subscribed! by Sir Daniel Cooper.
Col. Richardson, Commandant of the New South Wales' forces, will take command of the local contingent for the Sou* dan, and Lieut.-Col. Robert's remains in charge here. The troops will embark on toe 3rd pros, for the Soudan.
