Council EOADS AND BRIDGES CONSTRUCTION ACTS, 1882 AND 1883. THE Council of the Thames County hereby give notice as follows :— 1. They propose to construct a district Road from the Hape Ko:d, Shortland, to the Cemetery Gato, within the Parawai Riding, to be called " The Cemetery Road," i ' ' ■ 2. The estimated cost of the said work is Six Hundred Pounds. • 3. The amount of the yearly payments required under the said Acts to be made by the said Council is Fifty-four Pounds, and the amount of tho Special Rate required to meet such yearly payments is 3-16ths of a penny in the pound on the rateable value. 4. The plans, specifications and detailed estimates of the cost of such proposed work may fes seen at the office of the said Council, Mary street, Shortland, "during ordinary business hours'. 5.
