The Agents-General have cabled to their respective Governments tbe postal proposals which have been formulated by the British postal official.?, relative to England obtaining a larger share of colonial postages. One of the onuses of the deadlock at the Lisbon Postal Conference is that Germany is opposed to Australia being represented, fearing that such representation would increase British influence at the Conference.
