Egyptian Finances.

The Cabinet has recently bad several lengthy discussions on the counter proposals of the French Government re the settlement of Egyptian financial difficulties. No decision has yet been come to, and consideration of the proposals will be resumed to-day. It is believed that the proposals, when largely modified, will be acceptable on the basis of further parleying taking place between the representatives of England and France.
