NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Company's Office, on TO BSD AY, the 23rd day of December, 1884, at 2 p.m., to pass, if approved, the following resolution :— That the Capital of the Company be increased to 25,000 shares of one pound each, 4s per share to be considered as paid upon the original 10,0C3 shares, the increased number of 15,000 shares to be deilt with as follows : 10,000 shares to be offered to the shareholders in the first instance, and 5000 shares to the public on payment of a df posit of Is per chare on application and 6d per share on allotment, after which a further sum of 2a 6d per share be called up on the incroe:ed number of 15,000 shares before the original shareholders are c-il'ed ucon to contribute— then all the shares will rank alike.
