ARRIVAL OF THE S.S. AUSTRALIA WITH THE EUROPEAN & AMERICAN MAILS VIA SAN FRANCISCO.

The P.M.S. Australia, Capt. Grhest, arrived in Auckland from San Francisco at 3 o'clock this afternoon. She left San Francisco on November 24, and brings dates to November 22. The passage was an uneventful one. Passengers for New Zealand:—Mr and Mr 9 Lane and three children, Mrs A. R. Snow, Mrs M. P. Snow, Mr Theo. T. Tinne, Mrs Galgey, Misses Palk (2), Mrs H. W. Ewan, Messrs Tenney, Radford, Harrison, Keen, Cureton, Lowry, Freshfield, Pinkiert, Anderson, Shiernan, Rev. A. F. King, and 19 steerage. For.Sydney : 44 cabin, and 60 steerage. Among the through passengers is Mr J. C. Syme, of the Melbourne Age. The Australia leaves for Sydney at 10 o'clock to night.
