The P. and 0. steamship Clyde, with the Brindisi mails, dated London, Nov. 14, arrived at X.ing George's Sound this morning.

Anglo-Australian Cricket.
The cricket match between the Aus tralian and English Elevens was resumed here to-day, when the latter continued their first innings, which closed for a total of 369. The following are the full scores:—Shrewsbury, b, 0; Ulyett, o, 70; Scotton, at, 82; Bates, c, 18; Flowers, l.bw., 18; Barnes, b, 133 ; Bead, c, 14; Briggs, c, 1 ; Attewell, not out, 12 ; Peel, b, 4; Hunter, run out, 0: Extras, 17; Total, 369.—The Australians then went in for their second innings, and at the close of the day's play had lost four wickets for 152 runs—Blackham, b, 11; Murdoch, b, 7 ; and McDonnell, run out, 83, being the principal scorers.
