The cutter Dream came down the Thames river jesterdsy with timber loaded at Bead a Junction Mill. She has been away since the Xl7fch November, having been detained close to the Junction nearly all the time by a sandbank in the river, there not being sufficient water to Boat the vessel over the obstruction.
