AUCKLAND.
This day. 130 cases were beard at the R.M. Court yesterday. The United Temperance Societies purpose holding a demonstration on Boxing Day. The race-horse King Quail was sold by auction to day for 47 guineas. Professor Martin Swallow, a leading musician, was charged to-day with indecently assaulting a male person named McLean, and with soliciting one Kay to commit an indecent assault. The case was remanded, £200 being demanded as bail.
