This day.
At a meeting of the Taranaki Parliamentary Association last night, the following resolution was passed:—"That this Association request the members for New Plymouth, Egnaont, and Taranaki, and Sir George Grey, to use every exertion to have the Stratford route adopted, or further time given for a similar survey to be made of that line as the Marton route has received."
