The debate on the Mortgages Release Bill was resumed, resulting in the bill being read a second time.—The Anatomy Bill was read a second time, as also was the Justices of the Peace Bill.—The Council went into Committee on the Affirmation in Lieu of Oaths Bill, Reli gious Trust Boards Incorporation, Employment of Females, and Bills of Exchange Bills. The Affirmation Bill was reported and passed, and progess was reported on the other bills.
