This day. The Customs revenue for the September quarter is £111,800! being aa increase of £10,252 over the corresponding period of last year. - •'« case of Campbell v. Kennedy and others was settled out of Court by Mrs Campbell paying £4000 to Kennedy, and getting back the Arcade property. The Premier, who was' concerned in the case, returns to Wellington this afternoon.
