WELLINGTON.
Last night. The Illegal Voting Case. At the Magistrate's Court this morning ~Tue Hon. C. J. Pharazyn was fined £100 and costs, for a breach of the Corrupt Practices Act br voting at the election for a member for Foxton at the lute election, while disqualified, owing to an illegal practice at the election of 1881.
