The Clerk of the Crown called t>ver the names of the petty jurors, many of whom applied to the Court to be discharged on grounds of deficient hearing, advanced years, and other natural disabilities. One juror from BalJymascamp, speaking down from the gallery, said-— Your Worship, I am not in the place this three years. His Lordship—What place ? Juror—The place I was in. I want to go home. His Lordship—What home hare you to go to ? Where are you now ? Juror—Wo place. His Lordship—Very well, you may go there. (Laughter.) h The juror immediately left Gontt.
