DUNEDIN.
Yesterday. In the E.M. Court to-day, in the case of Henry Todd, arrested on three charges of embezzlement from the Gear Meat Co., Mr Stafford, on behalf of the company, said that from recent circumstances which had come to their knowledge, they were afraid they could net substantiate the charges made, and the case was dismissed.
