The House met at 2 30

Major Atkinson announced in the fciouse that the Ministry resigned on Saturday morning, in consequence of the adverse vote. He now, at the request of Mr Stout, moved the adjournment cf the House until 2 30 to-morrow.

Mr Stout said he had accepted the responsibility, and hoped to form an Administration by that time.

The House adjourned till to morrow,
