Ivanhoe (Karangahake).^^—The first annual meeting was held on Thursday afternoon at the office of Mr F. Ai WKite,; legal manager, Auckland. Mr CivAlex-y ander occupied the chair. From the directors' report it appeared that* tramway had been constructed at- a? cost of about £600, and, when completed, a small crushiog had taken place, which gafe ■ return of lOoza.lTdwts. melted gold. At the present time there is about 70 ton■ of quartz ready for crushing.
