Forgie v. Hohepa Hikairi and Rawiri Whakaiti.—Claim; £11 14s sd, goods supplied.—Mr Miller appeared for the plaintiff,"and Mr Lush for the defendants and admitted £2 14s against Hawiri.—J. Forgie proved the debt, which was for ' bread, sugar, &c, ordered by both defendants.—-Both defendants were examined, tfawiri admitting part of the liability. Judgment was given against Bawiri for £6, and costs £2 Is, and the remainder of the claim was struck out to allow separate action to be taken against Hohepa.' Freeman r. Harold.—Claim, £5 6s 6d for wages. The defence was that sufficient credit had not been given by plaintiff for money by .him-due to defendant. After hearing plaintiff, defendant, and defendant's mother, judgment was given for £110s 6d, and costs £3.45. Execution was stayed for 14 days to allow the present defendant to be sued for money alleged to be •• due by him to plaintiff. W ADJOUriKED CASEB. The following cases were adjourned till next Court day :—Buehanan v. Barret, Douglas v. Brown, McGregor v.-Matßhan, Eamo Coal Co. v. Winding Association. The Court then rose.
