Sydney, June 3.
- Information has been received by the Government of a threatened invasion of dynamite emissaries from America. Some t'me 'since the San Francisco detective police cc:;municated to the authorities in this colony certain information, to the effect that the dynamite party contemplated despatching emissaries to Australia, and subsequently communications confirmed this information. The matter was considered at a meeting of the Cabinet yesterday, when specific instructions were given to the Inspector-General of Police to have the public buildings specially protected ; also a strict investigation of all American mail steamers will be made.
