Yestedray. At an inquest on the body of a boy named Murray, killed while riding on the trucks which con.vey sand from Ocean Beach to the reclamation, the jury returned a verdict of "Accidental death," with a suggestion that the only effectual means of stopping boys from trespassing on railways was to bring them up at the Police Court, and have them flogged. This day. G-as Explosion. In the provincial sale yards is a gasometer for working the lime lights at the theatre, and this morning William Walker, gasfitter, was repairing a leak when an explosion occurred by which ho sustained serious injuries. He had been warned by James Peak, mechanist, not to proceed with the repairs till. the latter wag present.
