'-;; Adelaide, This day/ Statistics published yesterday by the Chamber of Commerce regarding the quantity of wheat 'available for export were officially suyplied. Official returns also show that the South Australian acreage under wheat has been 845,000 acres, yielding 14,600,000 bushels.
Melbottbne, Yesterday. The argument upon the rule nisi in the case of Captain Lockyer v. the Victorian Navigation Board, to prohibit the Board from enforcing the suspension of his certificate, commenced to-day, but was adjourned till"to-morrow.
Adelaide, Yesterday. According to the estimate by the Adelaide Chamber,- of Commerce, the quantity of wheat available for export this season is 300,000 tons, whereof 135,000 tons are already shipped, and 16,000 tons are now in course of ship ment.
