It is reported that the British Government intends that the Congress which is shortly to meet to consider Egyptian financial affairs generally shall also take into consideration the feeling of anarchy which is extending, not only in Cairo, but throughout the country.
The Duchess of Edinburgh has been safely delivered of a daughter.
