MEMOtJB^, Yesterday* Arrived, this evening: The Union steamship Rotomahana, from the Bluff. The Marchioness of Normanby is still weak, butlthe vice-regal party will leave by the Liguria for Sydney to-morrow, if her Ladyship is able to travel. The Board of Health has decided to release the passengers by the steamship Rome from quarantine on the 24th inst., if no further cases of small-pox occur.
