New Find.—ln the Arizona level the reef in the face northwards shows a body of quartz from four to five feet in thickness, with a fair show of "gold from wall to wall. la the south end the lode is nearly as large, and is yielding crushing stuff of good quality. On the JN"o. 2 reef things continue ta wear a satisfactory look. The winze is now down about 13 feet. The reef is nearly six feet wide. Gold is freely visible in the stone in the bottom. The stopes on Wo. 2, as well as in the upper and surface workings, continue to yield crushing dirt of excellent quality. In the new low level tight country has again been met with; It is not likely there will be any change until the bnck reef has been crossed, and it is still 15 to 20 feet ahead,

OojfONTST.—The rise and winfce between the two levels have been connectedi and a large extent of the reef is now available for blocking out. Stoping has already been commenced, and from the siae and quality of the reef in this portion of the mine, large quantities of good crushing dirt will be obtainable, The block in the north end of the low level is yielding a good supply of payable stone.
