On the Court openißg at nine o'clock this moaning, yr. E. Gibb, A. Gibb, Jf. Beid, and J. Alley were oharged' with forcibly entering the wbare at Hiiutaia on the 25fcb of February. " ' '
Messrs Miller and Button appearnd for the plaintiffs, the Union Saah and Door Co., and Mesrs Lush and S. Hesketh for the defendants.
Mr Button opened proceedings by addressing the Court, bub wound up by asking permissian to withdraw the proceedings, which was granted.
